This beautiful collar is made using double faced Luxury French Imported Black Satin and layered delicate black lace.
On the inverse, it is lined with a sturdy nylon webbing, which is encased in satin for a soft feel.

Important sizing information:
Buckle allows for 1/2" adjustment to tighten, and 1" to loosen.
D-ring closures come with a length of ribbon to tie, or you can purchase a nickel free heart lock !
